This is Mrs. Mable — our original sourdough and the matriarch of the Nunya bread family. She's got tang, she's got chew, and she's been lovingly nurtured from a starter we named after her (because honestly, she runs the place).
Baked in a classic rectangular loaf for easy slicing, Mable is perfect for sandwiches, soups, avocado toast, or — let’s be honest — just tearing off a chunk straight from the loaf like a wild animal with zero regrets.
Crusty on the outside, soft and flavorful inside, this is real sourdough with real attitude. No shortcuts. Just Mable.

Breads can last up to 4 days on the counter. Up to 7 days if refridgerated.
Butters can last up to 5 days if stored at or below 75 degrees. Butters can last up to 2 months if refridgerated.
Butters can last up to 6 months if frozen.

Use Instructions
To get the most out of your Nunya Products we recommend that you refrigerate the butters and or breads if you are not going to use them right away.
Allow to the butters to come to room temperature before serving.
Micorwave the breads for 10 seconds to have a nice hot inside.
